NetPoint builds antennas, not radios. Compatibility with Ubiquiti, MikroTik, or others is mechanical/RF: polarization pattern (dual slant 45° on many series), mount interface, and proper pigtails/cables.
Ubiquiti: many airMAX / UISP radios need specific mounts or adapters. Use the correct accessories (radomes, adapters) and verify torque so you do not damage the connector.
MikroTik: confirm whether your radio expects N-type, RP-SMA, or another interface; poor pigtails are a common cause of high VSWR. Do not “extend” long hops with low-quality jumpers.
Performance: the antenna improves gain and discrimination; it does not fix a saturated AP, bad channel planning, or a blocked Fresnel zone. Combine the right antenna + alignment + link budget.
For noisy backhaul, prefer shielded series (NPX*) over open dishes with weaker F/B.
