A support that is often out of place
This is one of the most particular cases that we have observed through the technical support team and considered a success story by the client as well as by our engineers since the NetPoint antenna, although it already has its entire band adapted to work in 4,900 GHz to 6,400 GHz, the owner of this link chose to work even at a lower frequency, but why the support call was given would be the question or better yet, why is there capacity in this link in a band creating a process of (misadaptation, when the antenna is in a band that it does not support) WHY IS IT STABLE? For the simple reason that the power was recalculated vs. the frequency, it was the moment where we decided to give you the formula for recalculating the power. We as a brand cannot ensure that this link remains constant for the reasons we mentioned, but by making the adjustment at that power we can observe gain in both chains. Extraordinary, they push the teams to the limit.
