NetPoint Warranty Application Procedure

NetPoint products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of sale of the equipment from the date of shipment. NetPoint's sole liability under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product within the warranty, at NetPoint's option.

Replacement parts are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for thirty (30) days or for the remainder of the warranty period of the NetPoint product they are replacing, whichever is longer. Out-of-warranty products shipped to NetPoint without registration in the database will not count as an effective delivery. It is necessary to send the component being replaced to NetPoint for testing and troubleshooting to avoid future problems.

This warranty does not cover costs associated with the removal and/or reinstallation of the product for repair, nor for parts that are easily replaced in normal use, and it is necessary to ask your distributor or reseller for support to avoid shipping costs.

The end user is responsible for shipping the defective product according to the procedure as directed by the NetPoint distributor or brand with evidence of the RMA report on this page.

NetPoint Warranty Limitation

The warranty on NetPoint products is void if the RMA product has been altered or tampered with in any way that modifies the product from its original shipping configuration or form. Unless such activity has been authorized in writing from a NetPoint representative.

Modifications include:

1.- External surfaces that have been painted, marked or otherwise modified from the original shipping condition.
2.- Modifications to reflectors, dipoles, or other unauthorised likenesses.
3.- Any product subjected to abnormal physical or electrical stress, but not limited to lightning strikes, electrical discharges, voltage inductions, negligence, accident or misuse.
4.- Any product damaged due to improper installation including but not limited to improper product mounting, incorrect wiring or connections to power, damage to pigtails and malpractices.
5.- Damage induced by third party products other than the original equipment.
6.- Equipment purchased second hand, or RMA's previously submitted without a working report of less than 1 month will be considered as "fixed"
