antenna alignment without radome
One of the main problems that exist in urban cities like Guadalajara is called RF interference caused by backhaul and high levels of EIRP that we can find in the transit areas of our links. This is why the Mimosa Networks B11 radio solution supports PTP applications in the 10 and 11 GHz licensed bands, but we can't deploy without a good capacity antenna, as in this case the Netpoint NP11 (NPX11-HP-3FT) antenna supports this local deployment.
TRADOSA is one of the companies with the largest PTP technology deployments in the western region of Mexico so they opted to create a 27 km backhaul link to carry a complete 1.2 Gb NP11 transmission line with great results with MAC expectation rates of 9 with Netpoint's 38 dBi B11 with NP11 (NPX11-HP-3FT) and its shielding. Incredible performance at a low cost meant that TRADOSA could continue to deliver on its promise to consumers of affordable services. One of the outstanding features of this link was that despite the rains it remained stable and maintained throughput rates of 500 mbps.
